We're seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time junior position perfect for someone looking to launch their career in B2B SaaS sales while working with cutting-edge AI technology.

As an SDR at Statwide, you'll be at the forefront of introducing revolutionary customer intelligence solutions to the US market, helping SaaS companies transform their approach to customer retention and growth.

Prospecting & Outreach
Conduct strategic prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers in the US B2B SaaS market
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including LinkedIn, email sequences, and cold calling
Research target accounts and personalize outreach to resonate with prospects' specific challenges
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect information and interaction history

Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach and inbound lead follow-up
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' customer success challenges and pain points
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team with decision-makers

Market Development
Stay informed about customer success trends, churn challenges, and competitive landscape
Provide market feedback to help refine messaging and positioning strategies
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) - must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with C-level executives
Technical background essential - understanding of SaaS, APIs, data integration, or customer success tools
Proficiency with CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting tools
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software platforms

Curiosity about technology trends and passion for helping businesses solve complex challenges
Experience & Education
~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field preferred
~0-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or business development
~ Previous experience with B2B outreach or customer-facing roles is a plus
~ Familiarity with customer success concepts and SaaS business models preferred
