Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chemical Sales Representative at Lustrous Industries LLP in Pune. The Chemical Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. They will also be required to build and maintain strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

  1. Prospecting new sales business in assigned vertical customer identification, dealing, negotiating and finalising
  2. Understanding requirements / RFQ & Enquiry specifications
  3. Deliver an ambitious sales plan and project pipeline
  4. Forecast & plan sales in the territory to exceed KP Actively identify application opportunities across customer base and convert into project pipeline
  5. Effective sales techniques to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  6. Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the automotive, plating, renewable energy and electrical sector
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to manage customer accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of products.
  8. Manage billing and collections processes to ensure timely payments.
  9. Assist in the sales process, including proposal generation and contract negotiation.
  10. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
  11. Responsible for On-time orders / schedule updates and delivery.
  12. Techno-Commercial quotation preparation and estimating Cost for the enquiry.
  13. Ensuring timely submission and follow – up on proposals.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field
  2. Minimum 4 years of work experience
  3. Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Customer relationship management abilities
  6. Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  7. Experience in B2B sales is a plus
