Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: 100% work from home
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and achieve organizational goals. This role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Conduct gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities in current processes or systems.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
Develop business models, process flows, and use case diagrams to illustrate requirements.
Evaluate and recommend technology or system solutions to address business needs.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to define project objectives and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders on new processes and systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, process modelling, or root cause analysis.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
