As we expand our digital footprint, we are seeking a highly skilled Sr Social Media Manager who is proficient across all major platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, You Tube, Linked In, Google, and emerging online portals, to craft impactful campaigns and strengthen our online engagement strategies.
Role Summary
The Sr Social Media Manager will lead YUVAKAA’s online presence by strategizing, creating, and managing content across diverse platforms. This role demands a tech-savvy, creative leader with expertise in the fashion industry, in-depth knowledge of platform algorithms, and a proven ability to execute high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, You Tube, Linked In, and Google, ensuring alignment with YUVAKAA’s brand identity and business goals.
Identify emerging platforms, tools, and technologies to position the brand as a digital trendsetter.
Define KPIs to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for better engagement and conversions.
2. Content Creation & Management
Oversee the creation of captivating, platform-optimized content, including short videos, carousels, reels, stories, and static posts.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce assets tailored for diverse audiences and platforms.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and visuals across all channels.
3. Campaign Management
Strategically plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and product-launch campaigns.
Leverage influencer marketing, collaborations, and partnerships to amplify reach and engagement.
Manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest Ads to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
4. Community Engagement
Foster a loyal online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries.
Monitor sentiment and feedback across platforms to enhance customer satisfaction and the brand’s reputation.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze performance metrics like reach, engagement, CTR (Click-Through Rates), and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and third-party platforms.
Generate insightful monthly reports highlighting campaign successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and maintain an edge in the digital space.
6. Collaboration & Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, content creators, and freelancers.
Work closely with marketing, PR, and e-commerce teams to maintain cohesive branding and messaging across all touchpoints.
Coordinate with product teams to align campaigns with product launches and stock availability.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proficiency Across Platforms: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, You Tube, Linked In, and Google, including their algorithms and best practices.
Content Creation Expertise: Proficiency in photography, videography, and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other editing software.
Paid Advertising Knowledge: Strong understanding of PPC campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and platform-specific ad management.
Analytical Skills: Expertise in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Sprout Social to measure performance and optimize strategies.
Leadership Abilities: Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional collaborations.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills to convey ideas effectively.
Industry Awareness: Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary fashion trends and consumer behavior in the digital age.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in delivering multi-platform campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
Hands-on experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, and analytics dashboards.
