About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic HR team. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s workforce needs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
Post job advertisements on various job boards and career platforms.
Source candidates through direct outreach, databases, employee referrals, and networking platforms like Linked In.
Screening & Interview Coordination:
Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate fit.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate candidate availability.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely communication regarding application status and interview feedback.
Employer Branding:
Assist in promoting the organization as an employer of choice through social media, job fairs, and campus recruitment initiatives.
Represent the company at external events to build relationships and attract potential candidates.
HR Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate.
Onboarding Support:
Work with HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including pre-boarding activities.
Assist in preparing offer letters and gathering necessary documentation.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR
Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with social media and networking tools for recruitment.
