Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Frontier Furniture Systems Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing growth strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall business development strategy.
Qualifications
Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
Strategic Planning and Growth Strategy development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
Experience in the furniture industry or related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
Responsibilities
Identifying new opportunities : Finding new business opportunities and markets
Developing growth strategies : Creating and implementing strategies to grow the business
Building relationships : Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and peers
Market research : Conducting market research to stay ahead of trends
Collaborating with sales : Working with sales teams to achieve business goals
Reporting : Reporting on business development activities and outcomes
Project management : Overseeing the creation of a product or service, which can involve managing teams, deadlines, and budgets
Leadership : Providing guidance and feedback to encourage their team to grow
Negotiation : Convincing customers to buy and persuading investors to invest
Time management : Making sure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and that deadlines are met
