We're seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to lead the development of New Products and Solutions for our Iron Casting Foundry and Machine Shop. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for innovation. Product Development: - Develop product tooling design for machining of these castings. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality. - Ensure product designs meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and company quality standards. Project Management: - Manage new product development projects from concept to launch. - Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Communicate product development progress, timelines, and plans to stakeholders. - Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Review the 2D drawings, 3D models & Standards from Customer for New Projects. ● 2D drawing, drafting & 3D modeling of new & existing parts. ● Work for cost reduction new and existing projects. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in new product development, product engineering, or a related field. - Proven track record of successful product launches and development. - Strong technical knowledge of iron casting and machining processes. - Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills. - Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. - Experience in the iron casting or related industry. - Knowledge of lean product development principles and methodologies. - Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles. Experience in design of tooling for HPMLs like Disa Flex-70, HWS-Sinto, No-Bake, Arpa 300/ 450 & Shell Molding . ● Ability to Prepare of Casting RFQ, Costing and Technical feasibility review with customer. ● New Product Design & Development as per customer requirement. ● Methoding, Gating design Calculation & Casting Simulation, for GCI & SGI Castings. ● Proto-type parts development as per customer requirement. ● Reverse engineering in customer 3D model and get design approval from customer. ● Conversant with Software Skills for 2D, 3D & Simulations as mentioned below. -Solid Works-2024, UG-NX10, Adstefan-Simulation-2022, DelCam 2010 and AutoCAD-2020 .
