Walker Digital table Systems (WDTS) is a US based MNC, headquartered in Las Vegas & the leader in networked table game solutions. Website: Product Engineering Manager (Hardware + Software): We are seeking an experienced Product Engineering Manager to lead, manage, and report on various hardware and software engineering projects and activities within the SWE organisation . In this role, you will have significant exposure to and engagement with the broader WDTS global business . Responsibilities Coordinate with Product Management and Architecture teams to ensure end-to-end product architecture and requirements. Ensure alignment across software, mechanical, and electrical teams. Ensure integration readiness for each product milestone. Lead the design and implementation of the hardware & software engineering function at WDTS India. Improve, train, and support teams in adopting and adhering to engineering processes, governance standards, tools, and templates. Promote effective use of development, testing, tracking, and communication tools across teams. Support the Management Team in prioritizing and assigning engineering work across teams. Provide regular updates to teams, stakeholders, and the broader business on progress, issues, and risks. Lead technical documentation, design reviews, and cross-functional team collaboration. Track and manage product milestones, activities, tasks, and changes through formal systems. Requirements Resourceful, with strong problem-solving and resolution skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 12+ years of experience in hardware and software product development, with significant leadership exposure. Experience with SolidWorks for mechanical design. Hands-on experience with PCB design and development. Background in both mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines. Strong process improvement and governance expertise. Experience managing stakeholders in a global, cross-functional environment.
