The company has also set up its own state-of-the-art R&D & manufacturing facility in Gurgaon, India which focuses on innovating science behind beauty and curating homegrown brands coming out of India for global markets. Sustainability & clean beauty are the key principles driving innovation & development of new brands in the organization.

Overview:
The Senior Associate—legal will provide legal expertise and support in all legal and compliance matters. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple legal matters effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Contracts Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including vendor contracts, distributor agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure contract terms comply with company policies and legal standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Provide legal advice and support to internal teams, including procurement, marketing, operations, and finance.
- Liaise with external counsel for specialized legal matters as required.
Intellectual Property Management:
- Monitor and manage the company's IP portfolio, including trademarks and copyrights.
- Oversee trademark applications, renewals, and enforcement actions to protect the company’s brand.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments affecting the FMCG and e-commerce sectors.
- Ensure company policies and processes are aligned with applicable laws and regulations.
E-Commerce & Digital Business:
- Provide legal support for e-commerce and digital business initiatives, including drafting terms and conditions, privacy policies, and vendor agreements for online platforms.
- Address compliance issues related to consumer protection, data privacy, and online transactions.
Dispute Resolution:
- Assist in managing pre-litigation matters and coordinate with external litigation counsel.
- Support dispute resolution processes and represent the company in negotiations when necessary.
Policy Development:
- Assist in drafting and implementing company policies related to compliance, privacy, and risk management.
- Conduct training for teams on key legal and compliance topics.
Qualifications:
- LLB or equivalent from a recognized university; additional qualifications (LLM or certifications in contract law/IPR) are a plus.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an FMCG or e-commerce environment.
- Strong corporate and commercial laws, intellectual property rights, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting e-commerce and digital business initiatives.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
