Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Regulatory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with cross-border legal and regulatory requirements for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee cross-border legal compliance for clients.
- Provide expert guidance on FEMA regulations, corporate law, immigration laws, and international taxation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and legal documents to support international operations.
- Create newsletters
- Help the Business team with the regulatory knowledge repository
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on cross-border regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Law (LLB/LLM preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in FEMA, corporate law, and international taxation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
