Job Description:

We seek an experienced and passionate React Lead Developer to join our growing team. The

the ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of React and front-end development, along with proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead a team of React developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship.
  • Project Oversight: Manage the front-end development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Code Quality: Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and high-performing applications.
  • Architecture: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient front-end architecture using React.
  • Innovation: Stay current with the latest front-end technologies and trends, and implement them where appropriate to enhance our applications.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the application.
  • Mentorship: Support the professional growth of team members by sharing knowledge, conducting training sessions, and fostering a learning environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on React.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel,npm, Yarn).
  • Knowledge of GraphQL APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress).
  • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
