Experience: 5+ years Bangalore (5 days WHO) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ecommerce platforms, retail operations, and customer engagement. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies to support solution design. Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements. Support product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail OR Ecommerce domain ~ Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). ~ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. ~
