Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive – B2B to join our team. This role involves generating leads, cold calling, and setting up first-level meetings with potential corporate clients. You will play a critical role in expanding Hero Vired's client base by identifying and connecting with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Outreach:
- Identify and research potential corporate clients through online resources, databases, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Perform cold calling and email outreach to connect with prospective clients and decision-makers in HR, L&D, and other relevant departments.
Meeting Setup:
- Schedule first-level meetings or calls between corporate clients and the Business Development team.
- Effectively pitch Hero Vired’s B2B offerings to generate interest in our programs.
Client Relationship Building:
- Build rapport with clients during the initial interaction to ensure positive engagement.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
CRM and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Provide weekly reports on lead status, outreach activities, and progress toward targets.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure seamless client handoffs and support in closing deals.
- Share insights from client interactions to help improve the pitch and sales strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in B2B, Ed-Tech, or corporate training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume outreach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools or Excel
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for sales.
