Job Title: Manager – Performance Ad operations
Location : India
Employment Type : Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Management :
Oversee and optimize relationships with affiliate partners to maximize performance and ROI.
Analyze and report on affiliate performance, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to scale affiliate programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Supply Source Management :
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new supply sources (publishers, ad networks, and inventory providers) to enhance the advertising ecosystem.
Negotiate terms and agreements with supply partners, ensuring profitability and scalability.
Monitor and maintain the performance of existing supply channels, resolving any operational issues.
Performance Analysis :
Use data analytics tools to track and optimize performance metrics across affiliate and supply channels.
Develop and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, with actionable insights.
Collaboration and Coordination :
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of affiliate and supply strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
Requirements
Proven experience (3–5 years) in managing affiliate programs and onboarding new supply sources.
Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including performance marketing, programmatic advertising, and affiliate networks.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, affiliate platforms (e.g., Trackier, Has Offers, Impact), and ad-serving platforms.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
