Knowledge of how different organisations handle identity governance Educational Requirements & Experience Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is often required. OR Master's Degree (Optional but Preferred): An MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field can be advantageous Around 3-5 years of relevant experience, currently in a customer-facing role. Technical Experience: Understanding of the products and services offered by the company. Experience with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs). Knowledge of the industry standards, technologies, and trends relevant to the company's offerings. Good understanding of the overall IT landscape Ideal for profiles that have already worked in the IAM/IGA space or with integration platforms. Solution Experience: Experience working closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions. Proven track record in supporting sales to close deals and achieve targets. Skills: Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the products/services. Understanding of customer technical landscape and customising solutions basis the customer pain points. Ability to create technical documentation and industry-based solutions. Good to have an understanding of the IAM/IGA space or an understanding of different integration platforms. Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to understand and address customer pain points. Ability to create custom proposals to fit client needs and environment needs during a deal process Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities and collaterals Excellent communication and presentation skills. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Good balance of sales, business, and technical skills Collaboration with different teams like product, engineering, sales and marketing Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Project management skills to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
