Pre-Sales Solutions – Aviation/ Hospitality
Location: Pan India
Role & Responsibility:
Summary: This role will bring deep project, program and product management experience and will be responsible for development of domain solutions and offerings aligned to customer needs
Must have: Experience in conceptualizing and implementing strategic projects and programs. Strong skills in tracking and execution of programs in a cross functional environment. Exposure to offerings & presales support. Experience in product management and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to have: Exposure to Airline or Hospitality industry, strong analytical attitude and some technology experience.
- Manage to construct the value proposition by working with various teams – technology teams, service line teams, practices, finance, legal etc.
- Understand the scope of work stated in the RFXs, identify potential risk etc. and work closely with technology and solution teams to design and build the solution.
- Help with customer research, understand the customer challenges and map the value proposition.
- Project / Program Management - Understanding of business requirements, broad Technology understanding to engage, challenge and develop the best offerings focused on domain and solutions Understand various solution leveraging cloud, data, Ai, full stack and different Ways of working models like Agile, Pods etc.
- Proven project and program management experience of 5-10 years.
- Understanding of presales cycle, bid management and product management
- Broad Technology understanding and appreciation.
- Keep abreast of the changing technology landscape.
Consulting Mindset – Good communicator & Articulation skills, bringing solution constructs & concepts to life. Should be client facing and drive discussions. Ability to be creative and bring differentiated solutions.
Collaboration - Team player who works collaboratively with colleagues, management and all points of the organization.
