We undertake ‘Design & Build’ projects in association with SWBI Architects-an Interior & Architecture Design Firm.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Mid-Level Design Leader who can independently manage projects, lead client discussions, and ensure accurate design documentation while coordinating closely with consultants and site teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead design pitches, proposals & RFP responses including concepts & layouts.2. Respond and present to prospective clients & pitch for new projects.3. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and manage approvals.4. Coordinate with MEP, structural teams, vendors & project teams.5. Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with design intent.6. Mentor mid & junior design team members.Key Requirements* Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design* 5-10 years’ experience in corporate interiors* Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp & MS Office* Strong detailing & material knowledge* Good communication & time-management skills
