The role involves delivering cloud and M365 support, administration, and project activities while engaging directly with German or Mandarin or Dutch or Cantonese or French or Spanish-speaking clients, users, and stakeholders. The ability to communicate, translate, and document in German or Mandarin or Dutch or Cantonese or French or Spanish is a key requirement.Key Responsibilities- Manage Azure Cloud infrastructure and Microsoft 365 workloads while supporting German or Mandarin or Dutch or Cantonese or French or Spanish speaking customers and teams.- Handle day-to-day communication, written and verbal, entirely in German or Mandarin or Dutch or Cantonese or French or Spanish as required by business interactions.- Translate technical issues, requirements, and solutions between English and German for operational clarity.- Provide German or Mandarin or Dutch or Cantonese or French or Spanish-language support for incident, problem, and change management processes.- Prepare technical documents, user guides, and process notes in German or Mandarin or Dutch or Cantonese or French or Spanish.- Lead discussions, meetings, and technical workshops with German or Mandarin or Dutch or Cantonese or French or Spanish-speaking stakeholders.- Support Azure AD administration, identity management, Conditional Access, and security configurations.- Manage M365 components including Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point Online, One Drive, and Intune.- Assist in Azure and M365 migrations, tenant interactions, and cloud modernization activities.- Ensure compliance with governance and security standards while handling customer-facing communication in German or Mandarin or Dutch or Cantonese or French or Spanish.Required Technical Skills- Hands-on experience in Azure services such as VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure AD, Key Vault, and Security features.- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.- Understanding of hybrid identity, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and modern authentication.- Knowledge of Power Shell scripting for automation tasks.- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD processes is an advantage.- Understanding of networking concepts, VPN, firewalls, and cloud security principles.Required Language Skills- Fluent German with excellent verbal and written communication.- Ability to explain complex technical topics in German or Mandarin or Dutch or Cantonese or French or Spanish in a clear and simple manner.- Experience handling German or Mandarin or Dutch or Cantonese or French or Spanish-speaking clients- Ability to prepare technical and non-technical documentation in German or Mandarin or Dutch or Cantonese or French or Spanish.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.- Formal German or Mandarin or Dutch or Cantonese or French or Spanish language certifications are an advantage.In case you are interested in the above mentioned requirement would request you to kindly fill in the details mentioned belowTotal Years of experience:Relevant experience in German:Relevant experience in Cantonese:Relevant experience in Mandarin:Relevant experience in Spanish:Relevant experience in Dutch:Relevant experience in French:Relevant experience in Azure or M365:Relevant experience in IT Support:Current CTC:Expected CTC:Alternate email id:Alternate contact number:Date of Birth (Date-Month-Year)Highest qualification & year of passing:Current Location-Preferred Location-Immediate Joiner (Yes/No)-Interested candidates can shared across their updated resume at
