We are committed to our clients’ long-term success and combine global reach with local client attention to serve them in over 50 countries around the globe.· Job Title: Dutch Language Expert· Location: Mumbai/Pune· Experience: 5+ yrs· Job Type : Contract to hire.· Notice Period:- Immediate joiners.Mandatory Skills:Role SummaryThe Global L2 Dutch Language Expert will handle multilingual support delivering exceptional customer service and precise translation for Dutchspeaking users The role involves managing technical escalations maintaining communication clarity and ensuring issue resolution aligned with business SLAsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide L2level troubleshooting and operational support for Dutchspeaking clients across global locationsTranslate user tickets change requests and documentation from English to Dutch with high linguistic accuracyServe as a bridge between technical teams and Dutchspeaking business unitsManage escalations perform root cause analyses and support continuous service improvementMaintain technical documentation FAQs and user guides in both Dutch and EnglishFacilitate incident communication and status updates in DutchEnsure service quality and customer satisfaction for Dutch regional accountsCollaborate with other language experts for global alignment and consistencySupport process automation and knowledge base optimizationEnsure compliance with data protection and localization standardsQualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent in IT Computer Science or LinguisticsFluent in Dutch C1 C2 and English mandatoryMinimum 7 years in multilingual technical support or translation rolesExperience with ITSM tools and enterpriselevel operationsExcellent interpersonal and crosscultural communication skillsSkillsMandatory Skills : Jira Service Desk, Servicedesk, Windows Server
