If you’re sick of micromanagement, red tape, or being siloed in a large team, you’ll feel at home here.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with deep experience in Google Ads and the ability to manage client accounts independently, from onboarding to optimisation. You’ll also have the opportunity to support our growth into eCommerce Store Management—so bonus points if you’ve worked with those channels too.Most of our client communication happens via email, so written clarity and promptness are essential. This is a hands-on role where you’ll need to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive performance.Joining as employee #5 in our first Performance Marketing role, you’ll work very closely with our founders, Jamie and David, to accelerate the business forward and craft our vision for the performance marketing function.With this wide scope of responsibilities, you’ll have the chance to learn a huge breadth of skills and gain exposure to how a fast-scaling agency is built.With this early-stage experience and in-depth knowledge of the business, you’ll be in a great position to grow with the business into a senior position within the performance marketing function and beyond.
