Job Description: Sales Manager – Corporate Packages
Location: Club Momentz, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

We are seeking a Sales Manager with a sharp business acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to take charge of our corporate package sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Corporate Outreach
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, including regional offices, SMEs, startups, and professional associations.
• Build strong relationships with HR managers, event planners, and team leaders to position Club Momentz as their go-to venue.
2. Customization and Package Development
• Design tailored packages for corporate events based on client needs, such as:
• Poolside parties with cocktails and live music.
• Elegant banquet dinners for annual celebrations.
• Beyond-office-hours gatherings for team bonding.
• All-day conferences with premium dining options.
• Highlight the unique blend of luxury and amenities available at Club Momentz to clients.
3. Sales Planning and Execution
• Create a robust sales pipeline by conducting field visits, cold calls, and leveraging digital tools.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed bookings.
4. Market Analysis and Competitive Strategy
• Research local corporate event trends and competitor offerings to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft campaigns that target specific corporate needs.
5. Client Relationship Management
• Ensure seamless communication with clients from initial contact to post-event feedback.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
6. Event Coordination and Support
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure flawless execution of events.
• Provide on-site support during events, addressing client concerns in real time.
