Solution Consultant – India (Remote with Occasional Travel) Matrix One is a leading provider of software solutions for medical device companies, helping them manage regulatory and quality compliance with ease. Our mission is to streamline product development and compliance, enabling companies to bring medical devices to market faster and more efficiently. We're expanding our presence in India to provide more local support for our growing customer base in the region. We're looking for a motivated early-career professional (1–3 years of experience) based in India who's eager to grow in the medical device environment. Whether your background is in RA/QA, R&D, or project management, you'll be joining us to help customers get the most value out of our solutions while building your own expertise in the field. As a Solution Consultant you'll: Pre-sales support: Join consultative discussions with medical device companies to explore their needs and goals, ensuring our solutions are well aligned. Onboarding: Work closely with our team to help new customers adopt our software successfully, driving loyalty and satisfaction. Customer support: Assist with technical and configuration requests, helping customers resolve issues and optimize their use of our platform. Occasionally travel on-site to customer locations within India to provide support, training, and strengthen relationships. 1–3 years of experience in the MedTech environment (RA/QA, R&D, or project management). This experience is essential for the role. ~ A basic understanding of coding concepts (HTML, JSON, or similar). ~ A Bachelor's or Master's degree in R&D, MedTech, Regulatory Affairs, or equivalent experience. ~ Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. ~ Strong customer focus, curiosity, and a growth mindset — eager to learn and develop expertise in regulatory and compliance solutions. Full flexibility to work 100% remotely within India. Occasional local travel to customer sites for on-site visits and workshops. Annual company events in changing international locations.
