We're seeking AI Automation Developer to join our rapidly growing team. This is a remote position where you'll architect and deploy AI-powered automation solutions for enterprise clients across IRE and UK. Design and develop custom frontend interfaces that seamlessly connect with backend automation workflows Build sophisticated AI agents using n8n implementing advanced prompt engineering and tool calling strategies Architect relational database structures and implement efficient data retrieval methods Create end-to-end automation solutions integrating multiple APIs and services Maintain exceptional code quality and documentation standards Expert-level proficiency with n8n workflow automation and AI agent development Strong frontend development skills (React/Vue/Next.js) with ability to create custom interfaces Advanced experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and Supabase Proficiency in prompt engineering, RAG systems, and tool calling architectures Experience with Make.com automation platform Expert at leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for accelerated development Automation: n8n, Make.Database: PostgreSQL, Supabase AI: OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain, RAG implementation Frontend: React/Vue/Next.js Deployment of AI solutions on cloud infrastructure Self hosting n8n, baserow, and frontends on client's server Proven track record of reliability and delivering projects on schedule Experience working with enterprise clients is highly valued Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Highly competitive salary (well above market rates for exceptional candidates) Fully remote position with flexible working hours Work on cutting-edge AI projects with prestigious clients Rapid career growth in a fast-scaling company Direct impact on enterprise transformation initiatives Collaborative team environment focused on innovation Continuous learning and development opportunities Demonstrated expertise in AI automation and workflow development Portfolio of production-ready automation projects Excellent English communication skills Experience with enterprise security and compliance requirements Knowledge of insurance, financial services, or government sectors Previous consultancy or agency experience Contributions to open-source automation projects Location: Remote (Working with clients in Ireland and UK) Type: Part-time/Full-time Start Date: Immediate This form is designed to understand your approach to AI expertise, strategic thinking, and technical capabilities.
