Own and define the product strategy and long-term vision in alignment with company goals. Drive product differentiation through competitor and market analysis. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, ensuring clarity in roles, goals, and performance expectations. Set strategic direction for the product team, manage resourcing, and support professional development. Act as a coach and thought leader, guiding team members in customer research, product design, and go-to-market planning. Prioritize product backlogs using data-driven frameworks and customer insights. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements across multiple product lines. Collaborate with external stakeholders (CXOs, sales, operations, and marketing) to gather insights and ensure product alignment. 8 – 12 years of total product development and management experience, with minimum 3 – 4 years in a leadership or senior role managing product teams. ~ Experience in building and scaling B2B platforms, ideally across multiple geographies. ~ Ability to translate complex systems into clear, intuitive product experiences. ~ Data-driven decision-maker with a strong grasp of analytics, experimentation, and market validation. ~ Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus. ~ Experience working with remote teams and diverse cultural contexts.
