Performance Marketing Creative Strategist for Facebook Ads Remote $60,000 - $65,000 a year - Full-time Full job description Role Overview: As a Creative Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our ad campaigns. Your main focus will be on analyzing high-performing video ads, devising creative concepts, and guiding our video editors to produce compelling content that boosts sales and ROAS. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of what makes ads resonate with audiences. Key Responsibilities: Creative Concept Development: Generate innovative ideas and angles for video ads that capture attention and drive engagement. Storyboard & Script Creation: Develop storyboards and write scripts that align with our brand and campaign objectives. Ad Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of existing video ads to understand what drives success and brainstorm new variations based on these insights. Customer Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand our target audience and craft ad content that speaks to their needs and preferences. UGC Sourcing & Direction: Identify and source user-generated content (UGC) from creators, providing clear direction on how to integrate this content effectively. Video Editor Guidance: Provide detailed direction to our video editors on the type of ads to create and specific elements to test. Competitive & Trend Research: Stay updated on trends and competition in the Facebook and Tik Tok ad landscapes to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge. Requirements: Proven experience in ad creative strategy, particularly with video ads. Strong ability to develop compelling hooks and angles that drive viewer engagement. Experience with storyboard creation, scriptwriting, and copywriting. Proficient in analyzing ad performance and using insights to drive creative decisions. Excellent research skills to understand customer behavior and market trends. Ability to guide and inspire video editors and manage creative processes effectively.
