We are a growing team of 45 people, working primarily remote, being headquartered in Australia, consisting of teams working across APAC and Europe.
About the Role
As a Creative Ad Strategist, you'll mastermind high impact / rich media ad creatives for iion’s clients.
Your passion for design and driving brand outcomes through ad creative optimization will make you the perfect candidate for this role. You will be part of a new and pioneering team that will be exploring innovative ways to engage consumers. engagement results.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Advertiser Success and HTML Developers) to develop ad creative/ad unit strategies that align with overall objectives for a brand or campaign.
- Conduct market research on said brands and analyze consumer insights to inform creative direction and interactive components.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for ad creation.
- Develop and present compelling creative brief responses that articulate campaign goals, target audience insights, and key messaging.
- Oversee the execution of creative projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
- You'll be submitting responses to briefs daily to our html designers / developers.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve creative ad outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the creative process.
Skills/Qualifications:
- You have a minimum 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing / creative agency
- You've recently been in a Creative Strategist role and understand how to create high performing interactive rich media ad units and playable ads – from reading a brief and creating the strategy behind an ad to concepts and narrative creation.
- Proven track record of crafting creatives/ad concepts that attract high engagement rates.
- Extensive experience running A/B tests.
- You're a project management pro, juggling multiple projects and managing tight deadlines.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You're insatiably curious, driven to find innovative solutions to any challenge
