About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Strategist to join our team at Schbang. As a key member of our creative department, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative content strategies that drive business results.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in creating engaging content for multiple brands across various industries. Your expertise should include campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting. You will work closely with the New Business team to develop creative ideas for pitches and presentations.

You will be responsible for presenting the entire creative plan for campaigns or narrations of scripts to clients on behalf of the brand. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential in ensuring that the creative work meets award-winning standards.

Additionally, you will coordinate with the Integrated Solutions Team to ensure smooth project execution and provide visual direction to the graphic design team as needed. Your ability to understand and break down briefs to junior creatives will also be beneficial in maintaining an efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to manage a team of junior creative resources
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
What We Offer

As a Senior Creative Strategist at Schbang, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
