Job Description
The purpose of this role is to collaborate closely with Business Directors and Strategy Leads to push the creative boundaries for new business opportunities. The Senior Creative Director will present innovative and differentiating ideas that captivate clients and drive growth. They will take creative ownership of pitches, leading the strategic creative development and overall creative solutioning to ensure our pitch stands out in the process.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership:
- Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver innovative concepts and campaigns that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creative thinking and experimentation.
- New Business Development:
- Spearhead creative pitches to attract new clients, showcasing exceptional solutions that align with their goals.
- Develop and present compelling ideas and concepts that differentiate our agency in the marketplace.
- Strategic Development:
- Collaborate with Business Directors and Strategy Leads to align creative strategies with client business objectives.
- Utilize market insights and consumer trends to inform and enhance creative direction.
- Project Ownership:
- Oversee the entire creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Act as the primary creative point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
- Portfolio Management:
- Curate a diverse portfolio of work that demonstrates innovation and effectiveness across various media.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure our creative output remains relevant and impactful.
- Team Development:
- Mentor and guide junior creatives, providing constructive feedback to nurture their growth and skills.
- Recruit top talent to build a dynamic and diverse creative team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments (account management, production, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution and alignment of goals.
- Facilitate open communication between teams to enhance collaboration and creativity.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Measure the success of creative initiatives and campaigns, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Present results and insights to clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of creative solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Extensive Experience: 13-15 years in advertising, with a history of leadership in senior creative roles, experience encompassing both digital as well as ATL will be preffered.
Diverse Portfolio: A robust showcase of successful campaigns across various media and innovative work that reflects current trends.
Strategic Thinker: Strong business acumen with the ability to align creative strategies with client goals and drive growth.
Proven Track Record in New Business: Demonstrated experience in leading creative pitches that successfully attract new clients, showcasing the ability to win business through exceptional creative solutions.
Team Leadership: Experience in building and mentoring creative teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Client Engagement: Proven ability to pitch ideas, build client relationships, and develop brand strategies.
Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media, and a data-driven approach to creativity.
Creative Process Management: Expertise in managing workflows from ideation to execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to articulate ideas and tell compelling stories.
