About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Digital Creative Strategist to join our team at Socialyse. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creative vision, excellent design skills, and a deep understanding of digital media.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize innovative designs for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and advertising initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive brand strategies that drive business objectives.
- Embodies the style and design philosophy of Socialyse, owning the brand aesthetic and guiding the visual direction of projects.
- Lead large-scale design projects, emphasizing innovation and best-in-class design work.
- Pursue excellence in design craft through relentless ideation and prototyping.
- Support the Marketing team by exploring new workflows, tools, and techniques, implementing effective solutions.
- Represent design expertise in meetings, communicating process and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design.
- 4+ years' of creative design experience, preferably in digital media.
- Proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
What We Offer
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
