Your Role


As a Marketing lead at RH(a+d), you will leverage your strategic marketing prowess to drive lead generation in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, facilitate lead conversions to achieve marketing and revenue goals, elevate brand awareness, and establish brand credibility, with a particular focus on the premium luxury market. Your innovative mindset will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies throughout the entire marketing lifecycle.


What You Will Do

  • Devise Marketing strategy & a marketing calender to achieve marketing goals.
  • Social media strategy, planning and content design across all relevant platforms.   
  • Devise and execute lead generation strategies tailored to the premium luxury market, identifying and cultivating potential high-end clients. 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand awareness campaigns across various channels (B2B B2C, Design Shows + community programs + events/ conferences, word of mouth networking), emphasizing the unique value proposition in the premium luxury space
  • Analyze and optimize marketing funnels specific to premium luxury.


Responsibilities

  • Brand Development:

-Manage and enhance the studio's brand image and positioning.

-Ensure consistency in messaging and design across all marketing channels.

  • Online Presence:

-Drive the studio's online presence, including the website and social media platforms.

-Create engaging and relevant content to showcase the studio's projects, values, and design philosophy.

  • Content Creation:

-Work closely with the design team to create compelling content that highlights the studio's portfolio, design process, and unique approach.

-Design and create content for marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.

  • Digital Marketing:

-Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).

-Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Reporting and Analytics:

-Provide regular reports on the performance of marketing initiatives.

-Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Graphic design is bonus. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing with a focus on lead generation and brand development, within the premium luxury market
  • Proven track record of successful lead conversion and brand-building initiatives in the premium luxury sector
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from marketing data
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen understanding of the nuances of premium luxury messaging.
