(Your Role)

As a Senior Interior Designer at Ronak Hingarh Design Studio [RH(a+d)], you will contribute to crafting sophisticated and innovative interior environments. You will take ownership of projects, guide junior team members, and ensure design excellence from concept to execution, all while reflecting the studio’s commitment to bespoke and sustainable design solutions.


(What You Will Do (Role Tasks))


  • Designing:

-Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design concepts that align with the studio’s philosophy and client expectations.

-Collaborate with the founder and design team to shape creative outcomes for high-quality projects.

  • Project Management:

-Lead and manage projects across all phases, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.

-Present design concepts to clients and guide discussions to align expectations.

  • Team Collaboration:

-Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate diverse elements into cohesive designs.

  • Advanced Graphic Presentations:

-Develop and produce compelling presentations, including 3D renderings, plans, elevations, and material boards, to communicate design concepts effectively.

  • Technical Drawings:

-Accurate technical drawings and construction documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to design intent.

  • On-Site Execution:

-Conduct regular site visits to ensure project execution aligns with the design vision and resolve on-site challenges.

-Verify materials, finishes, and workmanship to maintain quality standards.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

-Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and maintain project budgets.

-Compile accurate documentation, including snag lists and project handover reports.



(Skills Required)


  • Design Expertise:

-Strong knowledge of space planning, material selection, color theory, and detailing.

-Awareness of high-end materials, finishes, furnishings, and hardware.

  • Creativity and Innovation:

-Ability to create unique, client-focused interior spaces that blend aesthetics and functionality.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

-Ability to assess challenges and implement effective design and execution solutions.

  • Time and Project Management:

-Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines.

  • Communication and Leadership:

-Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with clients and teams effectively.

-Ability to mentor and coordinate with junior team members.

  • Technical Proficiency:

-Proficiency in CAD, Revit, Rhino, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.

-Competence in reviewing and refining technical drawings and construction documents.


(Your Qualifications)

-Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

-3-4 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end residential or commercial projects.

-A portfolio showcasing creative and technically sound design solutions.
