To lead this transformation, we are launching a dedicated AI Strategy & Innovation function —focused on applying artificial intelligence to solve real business problems, create smarter user experiences, and unlock new revenue opportunities for our clients and internal products. This role will play a key leadership position in shaping Qeleo’s AI-first future. Role Overview We are looking for a visionary business and product leader with strong AI fluency to define and drive Qeleo Technolabs’ AI strategy. This role is not about hands-on model development —you will work closely with our CTO, AI architects, and engineering teams who handle execution. Your focus will be on identifying high-impact AI opportunities , translating them into scalable solutions, and ensuring AI is embedded across our products, services, and client engagements. What You’ll Do AI Strategy & Vision Define and own Qeleo’s company-wide AI vision aligned with business goals, client needs, and long-term growth Identify how AI can create competitive advantage across products, platforms, and service offerings AI Use Case Ideation Lead the conceptualization and design of AI-powered solutions such as: Intelligent recommendation systems Personalized user journeys and onboarding flows Predictive analytics and behavior-driven insights AI-powered customer support and automation tools Sentiment analysis, trend forecasting, and data intelligence dashboards Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with the CTO, engineering, and data teams to assess feasibility, timelines, and technical trade-offs Collaborate with product, UX, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to integrate AI across the full lifecycle Guide teams from concept → pilot → production rollout Innovation & Market Research Track emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms (LLMs, Gen AI, NLP, automation, recommendation engines) Evaluate third-party tools, vendors, and platforms from a strategic and commercial perspective Help define AI-related budgets, tooling investments, and resourcing plans Thought Leadership Evangelize a data-driven, experimentation-first culture across the organization Act as an internal AI thought partner to leadership and delivery teams Represent Qeleo Technolabs externally as an AI-forward technology leader when required What You Bring 7+ years of experience in product strategy, innovation, digital transformation, or AI-driven roles Strong understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem , including: Generative AI & LLMs Recommendation systems NLP & conversational AI Intelligent automation & decision systems Proven ability to connect AI capabilities with real user needs and business outcomes Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from ideation to launch Ability to assess AI vendors, platforms, and tools strategically (build vs buy mindset) Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with iterative execution Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify complex ideas for diverse stakeholders Why Join Qeleo Technolabs Be part of a growing Ahmedabad-based tech company with global ambitions Own a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of business, product, and AI Work closely with experienced technical and executive leadership Build and shape a brand-new AI Strategy & Innovation function from the ground up Competitive compensation with growth-oriented career opportunities Contractor also welcome
