The primary responsibilities of the role include supporting the CEO to define and execute strategic initiatives, providing insights through data analysis, evaluating business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes. The role also involves preparing detailed presentations, managing special projects, and contributing to key decision-making processes to ensure business objectives are achieved effectively.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solvingExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and insightsExpertise in Finance to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and ensure resource optimizationExperience in Management Consulting or Consulting with a proven track record of delivering business strategiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, remote work environmentBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related disciplineFamiliarity with the technology sector, particularly in AI, automation, or digital transformation, is a strong advantageCompensationRemote & flexible.Certificate + LoR.Brand ownership opportunities.Unpaid during probation → priority for full-time & equity.
