Position Head – Human Resource Development (HRD) Location: Bareilly (Group-level role) Role Overview The Head - HRD will be responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy across Sobtis Group’s businesses, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals while building robust, scalable HR systems.
