Our journey has been shaped by four core pillars: Knowledge, People, Client Servicing, and Technology Role DescriptionThis is a full-time HR Generalist role responsible for recruitment, managing employee lifecycle (including documentation), executing human resources policies, implementing and administering employee benefits programs, monitoring learning & development programs for employees, employee appraisals, taking part in conducting team-building activities and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements for our offices in Bengaluru, Udupi & Mangaluru.
