Healync Private Health is creating an innovative health management solution for chronic, acute and preventive healthcare. We have been working for a decade (2015 onwards) with the HNI, UHNI and industry leaders of India and from all over the world, aimed at delivering personalized and efficient healthcare experiences from referring to specialists to setting up home care to working with institutions on advanced and personalized healthcare treatment/approaches for our clients.
Healync provides healthcare management services to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. They also offer other services such as private healthcare management, referrals, medical case management, expedited appointments and healthcare emergency services.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3-5 years of experience in client management, alliance building and development, to join our growing team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, and driving growth in the health management and concierge space.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client relationship management : Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and acquire new clients
· Health management : Analyze client’s progress in health & requirements and process feedbacks to set goals.
· New opportunities : Identify and develop new opportunities to provide healthcare advice and solutions to clients
· Sales targets : Deliver sales targets
· Lead generation : Create opportunities of alliances with relevant organizations and forums to increase the visibility of the company to our target audience of industry owners and managers.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management and business development with HNI & Ultra HNI clients
Skills & Competencies :
Seasoned communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Public speaking skills: Prepare presentations and conduct talks for our target audience.
Should know how to work with CRM tools, office tools on computer for effective communication and operations management for client servicing.

· No incentives or kickbacks from healthcare providers (doctors and hospitals)
