About the Role
As the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition you'll be responsible for the execution of acquisition strategies and tactics for the local Talent Acquisition team through your own efforts and those of a recruitment team to source talent within India.
What You Will Do
Develop a team of high performers by setting goals
Ensure staff utilizes consistent, scalable and sustainable practices to provide state-of-the-art recruiting expertise and stewardship to the organization to deliver the right hi-potential, globally diverse talent at the right time
Consult on key talent acquisitions and business strategic priorities with leadership
Build and maintain a thorough understanding of Magnit’s business and leverage this acumen to create innovative fulfillment tactics that meet talent demand within your pipeline
Apply well developed skills in building innovative Talent Acquisition strategies which incorporate use of current sourcing strategies including optimization of Search Engines, Social Networks, Recruiting Research, Candidate Generation, Candidate Experience and Relationship Management
Manage resource allocation and lead by example by taking on the more critical searches within your own functional pipeline
Able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, interpersonally, and in presentations
Able to interact and communicate with all levels of management and staff
Must have excellent problem solving, critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills and ability to multi-task
Working knowledge of: Applicant Tracking Systems, desktop computers and MS Office Suites – Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, web access and searching
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a relevant field
10+ years' progressive responsibility in Corporate Recruitment within India
5+ years’ leading a progressive Talent Acquisition team
Experience developing social media talent acquisition plans
Excellent written/verbal communicating skills
Ability to facilitate meetings and give presentations to senior management
Demonstrated project leadership and management experience
Excellent time and program management skills
Detail-orientated and ability to creatively seek viable solutions to complex situations
