About the Role
As the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition you'll be responsible for the execution of acquisition strategies and tactics for the local Talent Acquisition team through your own efforts and those of a recruitment team to source talent within India.
What You Will Do
Develop a team of high performers by setting goalsEnsure staff utilizes consistent, scalable and sustainable practices to provide state-of-the-art recruiting expertise and stewardship to the organization to deliver the right hi-potential, globally diverse talent at the right timeConsult on key talent acquisitions and business strategic priorities with leadershipBuild and maintain a thorough understanding of Magnit’s business and leverage this acumen to create innovative fulfillment tactics that meet talent demand within your pipelineApply well developed skills in building innovative Talent Acquisition strategies which incorporate use of current sourcing strategies including optimization of Search Engines, Social Networks, Recruiting Research, Candidate Generation, Candidate Experience and Relationship ManagementManage resource allocation and lead by example by taking on the more critical searches within your own functional pipelineAble to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, interpersonally, and in presentationsAble to interact and communicate with all levels of management and staffMust have excellent problem solving, critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills and ability to multi-taskWorking knowledge of: Applicant Tracking Systems, desktop computers and MS Office Suites – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, web access and searching
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a relevant field10+ years' progressive responsibility in Corporate Recruitment within India5+ years’ leading a progressive Talent Acquisition teamExperience developing social media talent acquisition plansExcellent written/verbal communicating skillsAbility to facilitate meetings and give presentations to senior managementDemonstrated project leadership and management experienceExcellent time and program management skillsDetail-orientated and ability to creatively seek viable solutions to complex situations
