Client Relationship Manager – Sàwai Real Estate Advisory**
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Relationship Manager with a strong background in wealth management and private banking. The ideal candidate will bring an established network of HNI/UHNI clients and possess a deep understanding of their investment needs. This role focuses on leveraging relationships to introduce clients to Sàwai’s exclusive real estate advisory platform, specializing in high-value investments in luxury and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Engagement:
- Leverage an existing network of HNI/UHNI clients to onboard them to Sàwai’s advisory platform.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their investment goals and preferences.
2. Real Estate Investment Advisory:
- Present Sàwai’s curated real estate opportunities, including luxury properties and high-yield commercial investments.
- Provide personalized investment solutions, aligning with client objectives and market trends.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue by converting client relationships into real estate investments through Sàwai.
- Achieve and exceed investment and sales targets set by the organization.
4. Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, especially in high-growth areas like Delhi NCR, Dubai, Sri Lanka, Thailand and UK.
- Share insights with clients to position Sàwai as a trusted advisor in the luxury real estate sector.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with Sàwai’s leadership and investment teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Regularly report on client acquisition, engagement, and investment performance.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in wealth management or private banking , with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong network of HNI/UHNI clients, with a history of managing and growing client portfolios.
- In-depth understanding of luxury real estate and high-value investments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
