We are creating an enjoyable and convenient in-store shopping experience for leading retailers globally.   MishiPay now also runs Mobile POS, Click and Collect and Cash registers, so that merchants, who initially start with our self-checkout, can eventually run their whole store checkout process on MishiPay. With our technology, retailers have proven reductions in cost, due to requiring fewer cashiers, a marked increase in sales due to improved basket sizes, higher frequency of shopper visits and reduction in abandoned baskets, and in addition, all our retailers can access rich and priceless data about their customers. This enables a much better understanding of the customer journey in their bricks and mortar stores. Our customers are global - the US, Middle East and Europe, and our reach is growing.  About the Role We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, particularly in retail technology, and a proven track record of successfully engaging with the EU and US markets. You MUST have proven experience in conducting outreach via phone calls and emails to customers, particularly in the US to Enterprise Customers.  You’ll have developed your sales experience within a technology product like ERP systems, CRMS or Accounting / HR softwares. Your written and spoken English skills will be impeccable. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing sales team and work closely with senior members to drive revenue and build strong partnerships. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Conduct outbound lead generation to create new business opportunities. Develop and execute calling and lead-generation campaigns. Handle incoming inquiries and qualify leads effectively. Outreach: Engage with retailers of varying sizes and channels across the UK and US markets. Develop innovative strategies to establish partnerships that drive revenue and sales growth.
