We are seeking a Java Developer with 3-6 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and leadership, with a focus on Java technologies.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of developers in the design and development of Java-based applications
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
Contribute to the development of technical architecture and design decisions
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development
Skills and Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in Java software development
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Java-based frameworks
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience with database design and SQL
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
