We are seeking a highly skilled Core Java Developer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Core Java Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop coding solutions, and implement efficient software applications. Your expertise in Java development, alongside your understanding of software engineering principles, will be crucial in ensuring high-performance and quality-driven outcomes. This position demands a thorough knowledge of Java frameworks, web technologies, and database management systems. Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java applications.
Collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to junior developers.
Troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Participating in the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Staying updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes and tools.
