Job Description:
Should have good IT project management expertise (preferably of a product delivery)
Outcome oriented attitude and ability to drive multiple teams
Prior experience of leading minimum one project in digital channels space (online or mobile banking) is mandatory
Banking project experience is mandatory
Familiarity with technology (not a technical expert)
Should have managed team size of 8-15 associates
Strong communication skills
