JOB DESCRIPTION:Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials for SaaS applications.Work with product teams to understand new features, gather technical information, and translate this into user-friendly documentation.Develop an understanding of the software development lifecycle and incorporate documentation best practices into the workflow.Edit and proofread documentation for clarity, consistency, and accuracy while ensuring adherence to company standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product documentation and end-user needs.Continue to improve documentation processes and workflows for efficiency and quality.Gather feedback from users to optimize documentation and enhance user experience.
