Roles and ResponsibilitiesDrive step-function improvements in the documentation platformLead content strategy and incorporate best practices for content development, Build the best-in-class UX and improve overall usability of the platform for our customers as well as our internal teams.Create standardized release processes and build feedback loops with relevant stakeholders to continuously improve documentation.Build a high performing team of A players to scale documentation platform.Mentor junior technical writers and peer-review their work.
Desired Candidate ProfileMust-have: Experience writing software documentation in a docs-as-code approachExperience of 4+ years as a Technical Writer in leading B2B SaaS companiesExperience of building technical writing teams and mentoring junior writers.Familiarity with working on XML-based structured authoring.Familiarity with unified content strategyHands-on experience with GitComfortable working with CI/CDFamiliarity with programming languages, web-app concepts, APIs and SDKsAbility to show a portfolio of technical content created in previous jobsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
