Financial Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals.Partner with the leadership team to drive profitability, cost optimization, and financial sustainability.Evaluate investment opportunities, business expansion projects, and M&A initiatives.Lead annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.2. Financial Control & ReportingEnsure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind-AS / IFRS.Oversee consolidation of group entities and subsidiaries.Present financial performance, projections, and risk analysis to the Board and senior management.3. Treasury & Working Capital ManagementManage banking relationships and ensure optimal utilization of working capital.Oversee cash flow planning, fund management, and debt servicing.Evaluate and secure financial instruments, credit facilities, and structured funding as needed.4. Cost Control & EfficiencyDrive cost reduction initiatives across procurement, production, and logistics functions.Monitor and optimize plant-level cost metrics (conversion cost, material yield, power & fuel, etc.).Implement financial discipline across all business units.5. Governance, Risk & ComplianceEnsure compliance with all statutory requirements (Companies Act, SEBI, GST, Income Tax, etc.).Oversee internal audit, risk management, and corporate governance frameworks.Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.6. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead and mentor the Finance, Accounts, and MIS teams at corporate and plant locations.Build financial capabilities and culture of accountability across the organization.
