The role requires strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, business finance, accounting, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving financial excellence and supporting business growth.Key Responsibilities- Lead the overall finance function, including Accounting, Business Finance, FP&A, Taxation, Compliance, and Risk Management. Preferred candidate has experience in working with or being audited by Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG). - Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team for decision-making and long-term growth. - Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial reporting processes. - Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls to ensure governance and risk management. - Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives. - Implement best practices in financial systems, processes, and automation for efficiency. - Mentor, guide, and lead the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture. - Engage with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, consultants, and investors.Qualification & Experience- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles. - Strong expertise in accounting, business finance, financial planning & analysis, and financial control. - Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders. - Prior experience in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies will be preferred. - Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Why Join Us- Opportunity to lead finance for a high-growth digital technology company. - Work directly with leadership to influence business strategy and growth. - Be part of a collaborative, innovative, and future-focused organization.
