As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will drive short, medium and long-term Brand Marketing initiatives, with an objective to build awareness and consideration in focus geographies. You will work with various cross-functional teams to drive initiatives such as Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising, Catchment-Area Advertising, Events and Activations.
Co-create the Regional Marketing Strategy: Work with the Head of Marketing and Category Managers to develop the Regional Marketing Calendar for priority market/s.
Implement Regional Marketing Initiatives: Translate the strategy into a quarterly/monthly calendar of initiatives - both digital and on-ground. Monitor Performance and Outcomes: Partner with Creative and Content teams to develop relevant marketing collaterals.
Post-graduate from a top-tier institution
~3–5 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Category Marketing (FMCG experience preferred)
