The Role: Craft Worldwide is seeking a Business Director. The Ask: For our Craft Worldwide Business Director manifests across: Our People: Find, develop, align, coach, and inspire talent: our talent is our biggest asset. We must cultivate an environment of generosity, learning, possibilities, bravery, and smarts that's equal parts inspirational and efficient/actionable. Create and cultivate a pipeline of talents working with your HR team, which helps not only for hiring but also for retention and reputation. Our Product: Ensure high-quality production delivery for our clients daily and participate in product development with regional and global leads. Our Process: Ensure alignment with the global process vision, standards, business requirements and policies. Our Place: Drive partnership/collaboration of working within the office and across the brands (strategy, business, creative, production). Calibrate the right teams to ensure strategic excellence and delivery. Partner closely with regional and global leadership to push the work and the teams to ensure a collaborative, creative culture where ideas flourish and talent is nurtured. Our Promotion: Be the industry voice/face of production. Get involved in the local industry, and work with your regional lead to identify key speaking engagements to raise the profile of Craft Worldwide in general. As mentioned above, under 'people,' work a pipeline of talent, creating a natural 'buzz' about production amongst the local production community. Roles & Responsibilities: Establish clear and achievable goals for projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency capabilities. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and effectively addressing their needs and concerns. Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of project execution from inception to completion. Collaborate closely with strategy and creative teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client objectives and exceed expectations. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables, maintaining a keen focus on quality and adherence to deadlines. Provide comprehensive oversight of project lifecycle, from initial planning to revenue reporting, ensuring efficient project management and profitability. Drive organic growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing client relationships to maximize client retention and satisfaction. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, effectively conveying ideas and information to clients and internal teams. Deliver impactful presentations that effectively communicate project strategies, progress, and results, showcasing clear and compelling messages to stakeholders. Qualification Required: MBA from top tier Management Schools in India or abroad Experience Required: 10-12 years of experience in Project Management Skills/ Competencies Required: Exceptional attention to aesthetics and detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. Methodical work approach, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment. Outstanding presentation, organizational, and management skills, enabling effective communication and coordination across teams and clients. Ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience. Excellent planning and organizational abilities, ensuring smooth project execution and resource optimization. Demonstrated proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to drive project profitability. Strong business acumen, coupled with developmental and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Effective problem-solving skills, adept at identifying challenges and implementing strategic solutions to achieve project objectives. Proficiency in computer applications and technology tools relevant to the role, combined with strong leadership qualities to inspire and motivate teams towards shared goals.
