Administrative manager

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Admin Manager to lead and streamline administrative operations across our manufacturing plant and corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Administrative Operations: Supervise and enhance administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
✅ Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the admin team to ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.
✅ Procurement Oversight: Manage procurement of raw materials, vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and quality assurance.
✅ Task Management: Allocate work, monitor progress via MS Planner, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
✅ Reporting: Implement internal reporting systems and provide updates to senior management on operations and compliance.
✅ Financial Oversight: Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, GST, tax filing, and financial compliance.
✅ Compliance Management: Handle FDCA, GPCB, and UGVCL documentation and obtain necessary NOCs.
✅ Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate shipment insurance, export documentation, and optimize logistics operations.
✅ Plant Maintenance: Oversee maintenance to avoid production downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
✅ General Administration: Manage sales coordination, dispatch, and daily office operations while supporting cross-functional teams.
